• How to Be Happy Now — Not Someday

How to Be Happy Now — Not Someday

We all know this term by now — “We don’t wait for happiness, we create it.”Yet somehow, we still fall into the trap of waiting for something out of our control to finally make us feel happy. The issue with this subtle yet dangerous approach is that it makes you numb in the present. And…

Comfort Zone or Growth? The Choice That Shapes You

We live in a time where opinions have never been more divided. One group insists that every day you must break your comfort zone, because growth only happens through discomfort. Another group swears you should only listen to your gut: if something doesn’t feel right, it isn’t meant for you. Both extremes are rooted in…

How to Romanticize Fall: Cozy Routines for Cold Times

Fall is coming—personally, my absolute favorite season of the year! Coffee dates, working on my blog with my favorite Starbucks drink in hand, scrolling through Pinterest, listening to my fall playlist, then coming home to a warm shower and a skincare ritual. Jazz music plays in the background while I make dinner, prepare some apple…

The NPC Effect: How to Break Free from Autopilot and Start Living Again

Have you ever asked yourself — maybe even as a joke — if the NPC effect is real? If the people you pass by are truly conscious, or if they’re just moving through life on autopilot? I have. And I don’t mean in that overly philosophical, I-need-to-smoke-a-cigarette kind of way. I mean in that quiet…

Healthy & Balanced Diet: How to Eat for Energy, Glow & a Fit Body

In the past years my life was constantly controlled by food. What to eat the moment I woke up, what foods I had to avoid, no snacks, no enjoying events, portioning every plate and checking every nutrient. I completely forgot what it felt like to just eat like a “normal” person. Recently, I had a…

The Victim Mindset Lie: Reclaiming the Life That’s Already Yours

Have you ever felt tired of life, as if the universe was punishing you? You look at other people and think, Why them? Why do they have it so much easier than me? Why am I the one who keeps suffering? That’s the voice of the victim mindset. And don’t get me wrong — I…

This is how it all started…

Hi there! I’m Milica, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to my little corner of the internet.

I started this blog as a way to share my passion for philosophy and mental wellbeing with the world. Whether you’re here to learn about mental health or just simply implement healthy routines, I hope you find this space helpful, engaging, and maybe even a little bit entertaining!

A bit about me: I’m currently doing an apprenticeship as a programmer in Switzerland, meaning I work and still have an education to learn everything about my profession. In the free time I enjoy trying out new activities, but the main interests that stuck with me were reading, painting and doing different physical activities. I’ve always had a love for philosophy and figuring my personal meaning of life, and I’ve done so much reasearch the past few years and made my own experiences, which is what led me to create this blog. I’m excited to share my journey and insights with you.

What can you expect from this blog? I’ll be diving into topics like stoicism, mental health, a good work-school-life balance or just simply romanticizing life, and I’m always looking for new ideas and inspiration. My goal is to create a community where we can share, learn, and grow together.

When I’m not blogging, you can usually find me in a book store struggling to prevent buying 10 new books at once, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Thank you for stopping by, and I’m so glad to have you here. Feel free to explore, leave a comment, or reach out—I’d love to hear from you!

Cheers,
Milica
